  • John A. Ruggiero Mr. Ruggiero provides StoneGate with evaluative and management services in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Ruggiero is the former Vice Chairman, CEO and CFO of Telco Systems, Inc., an international manufacturer of telecommunications equipment for carrier markets. Prior to his tenure at Telco Systems, Inc., Mr. Ruggiero spent nearly 20 years in executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Lockheed Sanders in New Hampshire. Mr. Ruggiero holds a B.S. in Industrial Management and an M.B.A. in Finance from Boston College.
  • Foster L. Aborn Mr. Aborn provides StoneGate with investment and portfolio management advisory services. Mr. Aborn is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of John Hancock Financial Services, where he was responsible for all investment activities of the Company's U.S. $ 85 billion in assets under management. He serves on various Boards, and is Trustee and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Mr. Aborn received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
  • Gary N. Jacobs Mr. Jacobs is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MGM Mirage Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also serves of counsel at Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, Glaser, Weil & Shapiro, LLP, a Los Angeles law firm. His principal practice areas are mergers, acquisitions and securities. Mr. Jacobs is a Member of the Board of Overseers of the Graduate School of International Economics and Finance of Brandeis University, a Trustee of the National History Museum of Los Angeles County, a Director, Member of the Executive Committee, and Secretary of the Intergroup Corporation. Mr. Jacobs received his B.A. from Brandeis University and his L.L.B. from Yale University.
  • Howard Salwen Mr. Salwen provides StoneGate with evaluative services in the information technology and telecommunications sectors. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Salwen was Chairman and Founder of OpenRoute Networks, formerly known as Proteon, a developer of high-performance networking products. He has over 40 years of experience in systems and communications design, development and management. Mr. Salwen has served as Chairman of the Massachusetts Communications Council, and recently served as Chairman of Ultranet Communications, which was merged with RCN. Mr. Salwen received both his B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
  • Gregory L. White Mr. White is a partner at the Boston office of the Chicago-based law firm of Seyfarth Shaw, LLP and an advisor to numerous technology companies and venture capital firms. Until its acquisition by Seyfarth Shaw, Mr. White was a founding partner at Chappell White, LLP, which specialized in corporate legal services for emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and other institutions. Mr. White was previously a partner with Peabody & Arnold, LLP. Mr. White received his B.A. from Hamilton College and his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.
